I am trying to verify my account to get API access, but I am unable to receive the SMS verification code (OTP) on my Chinese phone number.
Country:China
Phone Number Format: +86 15633866956(I have confirmed there is no space or special characters after the country code)
Issue:When I click “Send Code”, I do not receive any SMS. I have waited for over 60 seconds and tried multiple times on different days, but the issue persists.
Goal: I need to generate an API Key to use models like Kimi K2.5 on the NVIDIA platform.
I saw that other users in different regions (like India, Romania, Korea, etc.) have reported similar issues in the forum, and I noticed that moderator Sophie has helped verify accounts manually .
Could you please help me verify my account manually, or provide an alternative method to complete the verification? I would really appreciate it if the team could look into my account and help resolve this issue.
