I am writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account in order to access NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com.
Issue:
When attempting to create an API key, the system requires SMS verification. I am using a China mainland (+86) phone number, but the system keeps failing and eventually shows a red banner stating: “Please contact support to verify your account.” I have tried multiple times and confirmed my phone number format is correct, but I still cannot receive the OTP.

Error Message: “Please contact support to verify your account.” (and previously “This phone number has exceeded limits…”)
Purpose:
I am a developer working on non-commercial open-source projects, and I would like to use NIM APIs for learning, development, and testing.
Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my email so that I can proceed to generate the API keys? I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.
