Title: +86 17560304006 “exceeded limits” on first verification attempt
Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am trying to generate a free NVIDIA NIM API key on build.nvidia.com.
At the phone verification step, I immediately get this error:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
My details:
- Phone number: +86 17560304006
- Location: China (+86)
- This is my first time registering this phone number on any NVIDIA account.
Could you please manually whitelist my phone number or reset the verification limit so I can receive the OTP?
