Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I’m trying to generate a free NIM API key on build.nvidia.com, but I’m stuck
at the phone verification step. The SMS OTP never arrives, and the page shows
no error.
Account details:
- Registered email: liuge__3@163.com
- Phone number: +86 1808967698
- Location: Mainland China (+86)
Symptom:
After clicking “Send Code via SMS”, no error appears, but I never receive the
SMS. I checked the spam/blocked-SMS folder (sender shows “优速通”) and found nothing.
Troubleshooting already tried (all failed):
- Waited >24h and retried multiple times
- Switched Wi-Fi ↔ 4G/5G mobile data
- Different browsers + incognito mode
- Entered number as +86 + 11 digits, no spaces
- Waited 90s between attempts (per the 2-per-minute limit)
This looks like a known delivery issue for +86 numbers — several similar
threads exist in this category. Could you please manually verify my phone
number / whitelist it / reset the verification limit so I can receive the OTP
and complete API key generation?
