I am writing to request enabling the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization on the NVIDIA NIM platform.

I am currently using this API with Codex (a third‑party client) to access free models like glm-5.2. When I call the endpoint `https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/\`, Codex tries to use the `/v1/responses` path but receives a 404 error because the endpoint only supports `/v1/chat/completions`. I understand that this is due to missing “Public API Endpoints” permission, which prevents my API key from being recognized for these public endpoints.
My usage is strictly for personal, non‑commercial development and testing purposes. I confirm that I will comply with NVIDIA’s Terms of Use and rate‑limiting policies.
