Request: Manual phone verification for +86 number (SMS OTP never arrives)

Hello NVIDIA Support,

I’m unable to complete phone verification on build.nvidia.com. My +86 Chinese mobile number never receives the SMS OTP, despite multiple attempts over several days.

Tried so far:

  • Different networks (Wi-Fi / 4G)
  • Different browsers + incognito

I’m a student at Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic, planning to use NIM for academic projects. Could you please manually verify my number or offer an alternative (e.g., email verification)?
