请求为个人组织开通 Public API Endpoints 权限

我在使用 NVIDIA NIM API 调用模型（例如 nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b）时返回 403 错误：

{“status”: 403, “title”: “Forbidden”, “detail”: “Authorization failed”}

我的账号信息如下：

  • 注册邮箱：guanghuifoods@outlook.com
  • 组织：Personal
  • API Key 前缀：nvapi-6SuxVePRljphx-hX7fgnNYtQV2t0ZI3E

其他模型（如 moonshotai/kimi-k2.5、qwen/qwen3-coder-480b-a35b-instruct）调用正常，说明网络和 Key 格式都没问题。目前缺少的是 Public API Endpoints 权限。
