Dear NVIDIA Technical Support Team,
We observe abnormal voltage spikes on three PCIE_RST signals (PIN181, PIN219 and PIN223) of Jetson Orin NX after system power-off. Oscilloscope waveform is attached for reference.
Test summary:

On our custom carrier board:
No external pull-up or pull-down resistors are fitted on these PCIE_RST nets. The signals are solely driven internally by the Orin NX module. The voltage spike can be reproduced regardless of whether we configure the module to drive these pins HIGH or LOW before power-down.

Verification test on NVIDIA official Orin NX development kit:
Exactly the same spike waveform occurs under identical test conditions. This confirms the phenomenon is not caused by defects in our custom carrier board hardware design.
