openshell gateway start无法成功运行

run: openshell gateway start, show the follow information,
✓ Checking Docker
✓ Downloading gateway
x Initializing environment
x Gateway failed: openshell
跑了好几次都显示Network connectivity issue，然后报了一大堆错，
测试curl -I https://ghcr.io/v2/显示网络是正常的
