Jetson_Orin_Nano USB3.2 can't test loopback mode

Jetson_Orin_Nano use M8040A to test USB3.0 RX，but the Jetson_Orin_Nano was unable to enter the loopback mode. The error message displayed was as follows：

the BERT error detector cannot recover a clock.

Our test procedure reference document “Jetson-Orin-Nano-NX-Series-Modules-Tuning-Complinace-Guide_DA-11267-001v1.1”–Putting the Orin Module USB 3.2 Controller in LoopBack Mode. The firmware we are using is Jetson Linux 36.4.3. Do we have any additional requirements?
