if you upload usd from one computer to aother one, not only usd itself, but all assets depended need downloaded at the same.
download step
1: select usd you will download
2:from menu, select “Collect Asset” to down whole assets, it will save into directory you defined
3:copy this diretory into another computer you will transfer and upload usd from this directory
