跪求CUDA和opencv一起执行的方法

本人刚学CUDA的小菜,CUDA4.0和opencv2.3.1已经分别设定好了。

请问opencv也写在.cu里吗? 我用网上的sample试了试,貌似不行,跪求具体步骤
注 本人运行2楼的程序时,出现以下错误
