I am writing to request an increase in the free-tier rate limit for the NVIDIA NIM API. My details are as follows:

Purpose and justification:
I am using OpenClaw / Hermes Agent for personal development of multi-agent automation workflows. My system involves multiple agents, and a single task can generate more than twenty API calls due to multi-step reasoning, tool invocation, and self-correction.
The current 40 RPM limit frequently results in 429 errors, which severely hinders my development progress and system debugging.
Please note that this request is strictly for personal development and testing purposes, not for commercial production environments.
