Hi, I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but after sign-up the site shows the red banner: “Please contact support to verify your account.”
The problem: clicking the “Contact Support” button opens a new browser tab, but the page stays blank / keeps loading forever, so I can’t submit a ticket through the site.
I have tried: incognito mode, disabling browser extensions, clearing cookies, and switching networks but the result is the same. My browser console shows some requests failing to load (likely blocked resources), which may be why the verification form never loads.
