I am trying to verify my phone number on build.nvidia.com to generate a free API key for NVIDIA NIM, but I keep getting the error:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
My information:
- Registered email: [astrongstone@gmail.com]
- Phone number: +86 [172****7835]
- Location: China Mainland (+86)
This is my first time registering this phone number on any NVIDIA account. I have never used this number for NVIDIA services before.
Could you please manually whitelist my phone number or reset the verification limit so I can complete the SMS verification?
